Decree of the Order of the Dragon:
To all citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven,
The Order of the Dragon stands united in our mission to protect and uphold the beatitudes and blessings bestowed upon the faithful. Our commitment transcends race, creed, and color, for we recognize that every soul is precious in the eyes of our Lord.
We do not worship the cross as an idol, for it is a symbol of sacrifice and redemption. As it is written, “Cursed is he who hangs from a tree,” so we bear the cross not as a mark of honor but as a sign of our duty and commitment. The noble line of Adam has chosen this symbol to reflect our unique position in the world—we are neither fully alive in spirit nor fully fruitful in the world. We exist in a state between, undead, yet living in both realms to fulfill our sacred duties.
Our purpose is clear: to serve our King and to protect the citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven. We embrace the fruits of the spirit and reject the desires of the flesh, striving always to act with mercy, peace, and love. In doing so, we honor the divine commandments and uphold the true faith.
May we find strength and wisdom in the Lord to guide our steps and protect our souls. In steadfast faith and duty, To all citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven, The Order of the Dragon stands united in our mission to protect and uphold the beatitudes and blessings bestowed upon the faithful. Our commitment transcends race, creed, and color, for we recognize that every soul is precious in the eyes of our Lord.

The noble line of Adam has chosen this symbol to reflect our unique position in the world—we are neither fully alive in spirit nor fully fruitful in the world. We exist in a state between, undead to both, yet living in both realms to fulfill our sacred duties.
Our purpose is clear: to serve our King and to protect the citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven. We embrace the fruits of the spirit and reject the desires of the flesh, striving always to act with mercy, peace, and love. In doing so, we honor the divine commandments and uphold the true faith.
We declare that all doctrines created by man do not meet the divine standards required to be part of the fold of those who follow the way of the Lord. All doctrines are of human origin, and it is not the Order’s role to judge these doctrines. We accept on faith that our King, in His infinite wisdom and justice, will resolve these differences.
The Order of the Dragon is simply the guardian of what rightfully belongs to the citizens of Heaven. We do not engage in the disputes of earthly doctrines but remain steadfast in our duty to protect and uphold the divine commandments and the beatitudes. Our allegiance is to the eternal Kingdom of Heaven and to the faithful who seek to live by its principles.
May we find strength and wisdom in the Lord to guide our steps and protect our souls. In steadfast faith and duty,
Heir to Vladamir Tepes Order of the Dragon
Letter of Warning and Call to Unity
To the Esteemed Leaders and Congregations of the Churches under Constantinople’s Jurisdiction,
I, Vladamir Tepes, of the Order of the Dragon, write to you with great urgency and a heavy heart. The times are dire, and the path you tread bears the weight of eternal consequences. Hearken unto these warnings, rooted in divine commandments and ancient laws, lest ye stray from the righteousness demanded by our Lord.
1. Adherence to the Divine Commandments
The Lord has inscribed His commandments upon the hearts of men:
• Thou shalt have no other gods before Me. Let not your hearts be swayed by false idols or earthly powers. Place your faith wholly in the Almighty.
• Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image. Idolatry and the worship of material things lead to spiritual ruin.
• Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain. Maintain reverence for the sacred name of our Creator.
• Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Dedicate time to worship and rest in the Lord’s presence.
• Honor thy father and thy mother. Uphold family bonds and respect the wisdom of your elders.
• Thou shalt not kill. Let no blood be shed in anger or hate. Preserve the sanctity of life.
• Thou shalt not commit adultery. Maintain purity and faithfulness in all relations.
• Thou shalt not steal. Respect the possessions and rights of others.
• Thou shalt not bear false witness. Speak truthfully and uphold justice.
• Thou shalt not covet. Be content and guard against envy and greed.
2. Beware the Seven Deadly Sins
The sins of pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath, and sloth are the seeds of destruction. They corrupt the soul and lead one astray from the righteous path. Reflect upon your actions and intentions, and seek to purge these vices from your midst.
3. Transgressions Observed
Your actions have not gone unnoticed, and the following transgressions must be addressed:
• Backbiting: Engaging in slander and malicious gossip, sowing discord among brethren.
• Murder: Shedding innocent blood through unjust conflicts and persecution.
• War: Waging wars driven by pride and territorial ambition, contrary to the peace commanded by God.
• Idolatry: Elevating material wealth and power above divine worship.
• Adultery and Lust: Defiling the sanctity of marriage through unfaithfulness and impure desires.
• Theft and Greed: Taking what is not yours, driven by insatiable greed and covetousness.
• Bearing False Witness: Spreading lies and deceit to manipulate and control.
• Wrath and Pride: Allowing anger and arrogance to guide actions, leading to the destruction of unity and peace.
4. Respect the Laws of the Priests
Priests and leaders, your calling demands the highest standards of holiness and purity:
• Holiness in Conduct and Worship: Be exemplars of faith, leading your flock in true worship and righteous living.
• Restrictions on Marriage: Uphold the sanctity of marriage and avoid unions that bring disrepute to your holy office.
• Purity in Offerings: Ensure that offerings and sacrifices are made with pure hearts and clean hands.
• Prohibition of Physical Defects in Service: Maintain physical and spiritual integrity, presenting yourselves blameless before the Lord.
5. Understanding Our Ancestral Roles
The descendants of Adam were intended as helpers and caretakers of creation, striving for spiritual evolution by seeking the fruits of the spirit rather than the flesh. It was their duty to guide the descendants of Cain, emphasizing that it was not about superiority but about teaching these vital lessons for the betterment of all humanity. As Adamites evolved, so too should the newer, commingled races have followed, embracing spiritual growth and higher moral standards.
6. Historical Destructive Patterns
History has shown a continuous cycle of mankind choosing the flesh over the spirit:
• The Murder of Abel by Cain: Driven by primal desires and jealousy.
o Reference: The story of Cain and Abel illustrates the destructive pattern of yielding to primal desires. Cain murders Abel out of jealousy and anger, setting a precedent for violence and moral decline among his descendants.
• The Great Flood: Sent as divine retribution for widespread wickedness. o Reference: In response to the widespread wickedness and moral corruption, God sends a flood to cleanse the earth, sparing only Noah and his family. The flood represents a divine reset, emphasizing the need for spiritual purity and adherence to divine commandments.
• Canaanites and Phoenicians: Civilizations marred by idolatry and moral corruption.
o Reference: The Canaanites and Phoenicians, as descendants of Canaan, are known for their idolatry and moral corruption, which led to their downfall.
• Assyrian and Babylonian Captivities: Resulting in religious syncretism and deviations from core divine teachings.
o Reference: The captivities of Israel and Judah led to significant religious and cultural revisions, blending different beliefs and practices and causing deviations from core divine teachings.
• Roman Occupation: Culminating in the destruction of the Second Temple.
o Reference: The Roman Empire’s control over Judea, culminating in the destruction of the Second Temple, marked a significant period of religious and cultural upheaval.
• Islamic Conquests: Impacting Christian and Jewish communities.
o Reference: The rise of Islam and its conquests had a profound impact on Christian and Jewish communities, influencing religious practices and interfaith relations.
• Renaissance and Reformation: Periods of revival emphasizing a return to spiritual purity.
o Reference: The Renaissance and Reformation were significant periods of revival, emphasizing a return to biblical teachings and spiritual purity in response to widespread corruption and moral decline.
7. Modern Implications
In our present age, we see the same patterns repeated. Instead of embracing the path of spiritual growth, many have succumbed to the temptations of materialism and moral relativism. The call to unity under the divine law is more urgent than ever.
8. The Resurgence of Turkish Occupation
The resurgence of Turkish influence and the occupation of the Constantinople seat represent a continuation of the historical war against the citizens of heaven and the people of Canaan. This agenda aims to achieve global dominance and the extermination of the true faith. The tactics employed by the Sultan in the past—religious persecution, control of religious institutions, and suppression of dissent—are being mirrored today. The goal remains the same: to demoralize, fragment, and ultimately defeat the resistance of the faithful.
– Reference: Mehmed II’s conquest of Constantinople and his tactics of religious persecution, control of religious institutions, and suppression of dissent were designed to demoralize, fragment, and defeat the resistance of the faithful. These tactics are mirrored in modern strategies to achieve global dominance and suppress true faith.
A Call to Righteousness
The path to salvation is narrow, fraught with trials and temptations. Yet, it is the only path that leads to eternal life. Turn away from sin, embrace the divine commandments, and lead your congregations in the ways of righteousness.
Declaration of Unity and Warning Against Deception
To the Faithful and Righteous,
The seat of Constantinople is now occupied by a self-declared enemy of God’s people. This calls for a clarion declaration to all citizens of heaven on earth. Unite under the banner of the mighty Prince of Peace and His Majesty, the Lord Most High. Let it be known that politics, doctrines, and sciences are not prescribed to be engaged or partaken in this corrupt manner.
All those who are pure of heart are encouraged to reaffirm their fealty to the divine and seek refuge under the protection of the Lord’s steward. Embrace the beatitudes of mercy, peace, and love, and return to the true path of righteousness. In steadfast faith and unity, we shall prevail.
Warning Against Deception
Be wary, for only the deceiver of old would come in the name of the Highest and the Prince of Peace, while openly conflicting with His King’s declarations and laws. Such deceit seeks to lead the faithful astray and sow discord among the righteous.
Heed this warning, for the time is at hand. The consequences of neglecting these divine laws are severe, and the judgment of the Almighty is swift and just. May you find strength and wisdom in the Lord to guide your steps and protect your souls.
In steadfast faith and duty,
Heir of Vladamir Tepes Order of the Dragon
