Persecution of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church: Documentation and Evidence

Videos, articles, and documents that demonstrate the continual persecution of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

The Ukrainian Orthodox Church has suffered years of violence and threats from radical groups, ranging from far-right and neo-Nazi organizations like Right Sector and Azov Battalion, and persecution by Ukrainian politicians and media outlets. The Ukrainian media has continuously circulated lies about the UOC, with many of these lies repeated by secular media outlets in Europe and North America in lockstep. Several years ago, the Patriarch of Constantinople granted autocephaly to two Ukrainian “Orthodox” groups. The Patraiche of Constantinople “ceded” the canonical jurisdiction to the Moscow Patriarch in the 17th century. Russia has the largest population of Orthodox Christians (over 100 million), with Ethiopia and Ukraine having the second and third largest populations with over 35 million Orthodox Christians each. The Moscow Patraiche’s canonical jurisdiction, therefore, encompasses the majority of all Orthodox Christians globally:

Everything says that the next stage is their unification as constituent parts of Rome and Phanar. Maybe the authorities are repressing the UOC not at all because of its "relation" with Moscow but in order to force it to join this new union?”
